Syncro’s typical software engineer has around 15 years of software engineering experience. All of our engineers are degreed, many with advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Syncro doesn't hire directly from degree programs; instead, all of our engineers come to us with significant real-world product development experience. Additionally, Syncro encourages continuous technical education by means of certification programs (such as Microsoft Certified Professional accreditation) and technical seminars. Because of the caliber of our staff, we are able to quickly spin up on new projects and then provide sustained high levels of productivity. Importantly, Syncro’s engineers are easy to work with.
