Deeply experienced

Each one of our engineers has an extensive background in software product development. In fact, our ‘typical’ engineer has more than 15 years of software engineering experience. You can be assured that no “junior-level” engineers will be assigned to your project. As a matter of policy, we don’t hire engineers directly out of school. Instead, several years of software engineering experience is a prerequisite for employment with Syncro.

Because of our considerable experience in the domain of product development, clients oftentimes rely on us to offer recommendations to optimize product architecture and design, or perhaps to improve the overall efficiency of the project.
