The ultimate measure of our success is the quality of our work. Accordingly, we take great care to ensure a quality deliverable for every client engagement.

Qualified Staff

Quality assurance starts with having highly qualified staff. We set the bar very high during our hiring process, and then work hard to maintain cutting edge skills and low turnover. All of our staff are degreed, seasoned software engineering professionals with, on average, over 15 years of product development experience.

Quality System

Syncro has a comprehensive Quality System which is available to be used for any client project. In many cases our clients ask that we use their own Quality System, or a combination of the two, which we are happy to do. Whatever the choice, we’ll closely adhere to the mutually agreed quality standards. Our project plan will provide ample opportunities throughout the project for joint review with your personnel to ensure that the deliverables are meeting your expectations.

The Syncro Quality System makes available procedures and templates for Requirements and Design Specifications, Coding Standards, Unit Test Plans, and other aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.

We have experience with many of the tools available to facilitate effective quality management. During project inception we’ll discuss with you which tools will be utilized for code analysis, design documentation, configuration management, requirements traceability, and defect management.

Intermediate Deliverables

In Syncro’s experience, successful projects provide intermediate deliverables throughout the effort so that you have an opportunity to assess progress, and to clarify or alter requirements to better match your product’s needs.

Management Involvement

Syncro’s executive management stays involved throughout the life of your project, reviewing all progress reports and schedule updates, and checking in with you regularly to ensure that we're meeting or exceeding your expectations.
