Since the early 1990’s, Syncro Technology Corp. has helped accelerate product development for clients in a variety of industries – from venture-funded start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Importantly, all of our work takes place “on-shore”, here at our development center in Langhorne, PA. Because we’re 100% U.S.-based, the many risks and pitfalls of offshore development are avoided.

Areas of Expertise

Syncro specializes in two primary areas – embedded and PC-based development.

On the embedded side, we have worked with a wide range of real-time operating systems and microprocessors. Our engineers understand the challenges of deterministic, high performance memory-constrained environments.

Our other area of focus is PC-based software. Syncro has extensive experience with the full range of Windows platforms, including CE, Windows Embedded, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server. We have considerable expertise in the newest C#/.NET technologies, and Syncro is a Microsoft Certified Partner.

The Role Syncro Can Play

Syncro’s role in the product development effort can be adapted to fit each client’s unique needs. For many of our clients, a Syncro team is engaged as a supplementary resource. In this model, Syncro is assigned selected tasks, thereby freeing up the client’s own management and engineering staff to focus on core, proprietary aspects of the development effort.

In other cases, clients have made a strategic decision to partner with Syncro to handle all aspects of software development. In this model, the client’s senior staff provides high-level guidance regarding product requirements, architecture, and development process. Syncro then handles the complete product development life cycle, from initial prototyping and requirements documentation through to implementation and test.
